No, you don’t need to be in good shape to go ziplining. However, you should be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs without any problems to be able to get to some of the zipline starting points.

What Should I Wear When Ziplining?
You should wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty and something longer that won’t bunch up in the harness. We also recommend closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray.
How Long Does A Zipline Tour Take?
The entire zip line tour takes about three and a half hours to complete. However, this includes time for check-in, a safety briefing, and zip line training. The actual zipline time is typically around an hour.
Are There Age Restrictions For Ziplining?
Koloa Zipline’s family-friendly zip lines are open to guests of all ages. However, our more advanced zip lines are only for guests ages 18 and up.
