Yes, although some zipline courses can be less regulated, Koloa Zipline is not one of them.  It has been operating for over 15 years and has a perfect safety record.  All of our zip lines are regularly inspected and meet or exceed all industry safety standards.

Do I Need To Be In Good Shape To Go Ziplining?

No, you don’t need to be in good shape to go ziplining. However, you should be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs without any problems to be able to get to some of the zipline starting points.

Can Small Children Go Ziplining?

Yes, Koloa Zipline offers family-friendly zip lines that are perfect for small children. In fact, our littlest guests often have the most fun! 

What Should I Wear When Ziplining?

You should wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty and something longer that won’t bunch up in the harness.  We also recommend closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray.

How Long Does A Zipline Tour Take?

The entire zip line tour takes about three and a half hours to complete. However, this includes time for check-in, a safety briefing, and zip line training. The actual zipline time is typically around an hour.

Are There Age Restrictions For Ziplining?

Koloa Zipline’s family-friendly zip lines are open to guests of all ages. However, our more advanced zip lines are only for guests ages 18 and up.
